The Brief
There was no brief. There was no system before this — no CRM, no lead pipeline, no digital presence built for growth. Asasika Oman needed all of it, and I built all of it: the website, the CRM, the CMS, and an automated WhatsApp lead qualification system, end to end.
This is the closest thing I have to a flagship project — not because it's the flashiest, but because it's the one where I owned every layer, from the first line of code to the campaigns driving traffic into it.
The System, Layer by Layer
Website — Built on React/Next.js, serving as both the public face of the business and the top of the lead funnel. Every SEO and paid campaign decision downstream feeds into this.
CRM — Custom-built on Appwrite, designed specifically around how a real estate brokerage actually works: tracking leads, conversations, and property interest in one place instead of scattered across spreadsheets and phone notes.
CMS — Also custom-built on Appwrite, giving non-technical team members control over listings and content without needing to touch code.
Lead Automation — A WhatsApp Business API bot running custom logic and an LLM underneath, handling inbound leads automatically: qualifying interest, answering initial questions, and routing serious leads into the CRM without a human needing to be first responder.
None of this existed before I built it. There was no legacy CRM to migrate, no old website to redesign — this was standing up an entire growth infrastructure from zero, for a real business that needed to actually generate revenue from it, not a hackathon or a portfolio exercise.
What It Actually Produces
The system isn't a proof of concept — it runs live, and it's measurable:
- 70–150 qualified leads per Meta campaign across GCC-similar regions, on roughly $50/week ad spend — driven through the WhatsApp lead automation layer
- 10+ organic leads per month through website SEO
- 100+ leads per month through paid Google campaigns
These numbers come from the same live site — asasikaoman.com — that now doubles as the proof-of-work I use when pitching this exact system to other brokerages across the GCC.
Why This Project Matters
Most of my other projects are exercises in learning a skill under a deadline. This one is different: it's a business function I designed, built, and still operate — end to end, with real spend, real leads, and real outcomes attached to it. It's also the foundation of a bigger pattern I'm now pursuing deliberately: packaging this exact system (website + CRM + CMS + automated lead engine) as a resellable product for other real estate brokerages across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Doha, and Kuwait City — with Asasika as the working proof that it isn't theoretical.
What I'd Point To
If someone wants to know what I can actually build and run — not just design or prototype — this is the answer. Full-stack build, growth marketing layered on top, and a live business depending on it working.
